1999 BMW R1100S – No start. Bad fuel pump.

New pump installed, still not starting. The fuel pressure regulator is next. The fuel in this tank was old and destroyed all the rubber in the tank, hoses and cap on pump. I’m curious what the old FPR looks like that’s been in there for 22 years.

Factory BMW regulator, discontinued. Quantum fuel systems has an aftermarket solution.
This is the fuel distributor sending fuel to both sides of the engine.
Plastic is old, removing the Fuel Gas Distributor Hose it cracked. Replacement on order.
